Book a strategy call

Straight answers.

What it costs, how it works and what happens when something doesn’t. If your question isn’t here, email us and you’ll get a straight answer from a real person on our team rather than a chatbot.

General

Fair enough. Most agencies get judged on clicks and cost per lead, which is a bit like judging a restaurant by how many people read the menu. We follow every lead through to the sale and send you a weekly scoreboard of what each booked call and customer cost. Hard to hide a bad month when that’s the report.

It depends on how much of the system you need built and how hard your market is. You’ll get a straight number on the strategy call, rather than a “we’ll circle back” email three weeks later. Ad spend is always paid straight to Meta and Google, never marked up by us.

Campaigns usually go live within one to two weeks and leads start coming in straight away. The bigger gains build over the first few months as we test offers and angles and tighten up your follow-up and sales.

Because every Click to Close build takes real hours from marketing and sales, and we’d rather do a handful properly than a pile badly. So we launch a few new clients a month and say no to the rest. If the timing’s right for you, it’s worth booking a call while there’s room.

That’s half the job. Our sales team builds your process: replying fast, call scripts, handling objections, setting up your CRM and coaching whoever takes the calls. Most agencies stop at the lead, which is exactly where most of the money goes missing.

We find out fast, because we check the numbers every week instead of waiting for a monthly report to break the news. If an ad, offer or audience isn’t bringing in customers, we switch it off and test a better angle, and we’ll tell you what we changed and why.

It’s a call to work out whether we can actually help. We go through your numbers beforehand, check the maths on the call and, if it works, map out what we’d build and give you a quote. If it doesn’t, we’ll tell you why and what we’d fix first, and you can do what you like with that.

Yes. You get access to the ad accounts and reporting whenever you like. We’d rather you checked the numbers yourself than took our word for it.

Campaigns & Results

Usually, yes. Where we can, we’ll work with the CRM, booking system and inbox you already have. If your current setup is losing leads we’ll tell you, and suggest the simplest fix before anyone mentions a shiny new platform with a monthly fee.

Then we work out where it’s going wrong, which is usually the offer, the targeting or a form that lets anyone through. We tighten whichever it is and add a qualifying question or two, so your team stops spending afternoons on people who were never going to buy.

Sometimes. With a small budget there’s often more money in fixing your follow-up and sales calls than in buying more clicks. We’ll tell you on the strategy call whether ads make sense for you yet, even if the answer is “not yet”.

You’ll get a short weekly update on what’s working and what we’ve changed, plus a monthly review against the numbers that pay the bills: enquiries, sales and cost per customer. You can check the live data any time in between.

Meta and Google are our main game. If another channel makes more sense for your customers we’ll say so, but we won’t add one just to pad out the invoice.

Then your offer and your follow-up matter even more. When five businesses run near-identical ads, the job tends to go to the one with the clearest offer that calls back first, and both of those are things we can fix.

Yes. Our team writes the ads, landing pages and follow-up, and we test different angles every week to see which ones bring in buyers. Pretty is nice, but the job is getting the right people to put their hand up.

Yes. Most businesses have busy seasons and quiet ones, and we’ll adjust the spend to suit. If you’re booked out for six weeks, there’s no sense paying for leads you can’t serve.

Working Together

Yes. Answer five quick questions and, if it looks like a fit, you’ll be invited to book a 30-minute strategy call. We go through your ads, pages and follow-up before the call, so you get answers instead of a pitch deck.

Campaigns are usually live within one to two weeks of saying yes. The main things that slow it down are waiting on account access and how much needs building from scratch.

Yes. Some businesses only need one part fixed, like their follow-up or a single campaign, and we can start there. Most get the biggest jump from the full Click to Close build, because that’s where nothing falls through the gaps between suppliers.

We keep going. Once the system is bringing in customers, the work shifts to the next improvement: a better offer, a sharper ad, a faster reply. We also keep an eye on it so it doesn’t quietly fall apart the first time you get busy.

No, and be wary of anyone who does. Results depend on your market, your offer and how fast your team picks up the phone. What we do promise is the work: the whole path built and live in about two weeks, tested every week, and a weekly scoreboard showing what each booked call and customer cost, so you always know where you stand.

Yes, and we’d rather we did. Our sales team coaches whoever takes your calls, and we write down the scripts and processes so they keep working after we’ve left the room.

Hit the button and answer five quick questions. It takes about a minute. If it looks like a fit you’ll be invited to book a strategy call, then we’ll map out what we’d build and give you a straight quote. Then the 90 days start: live in about two weeks, tested every week after that.

A monthly management fee, quoted on the strategy call, based on how much of the system we build and run. Your ad budget is separate and goes straight to Meta and Google, never through us.
